✨General Commission Information✨
All terms subject to change
For small orders (2 or fewer songs), payment default will be half up-front and half upon completion.For large orders, such as a whole OST or batch of songs, the same payment structure will be applied but can be negotiated on a per track approval basis. Full negotiations will take place before final approval is agreed upon by both parties. PayPal will be provided to you when all talks and negotiation are complete; you will be expected to compensate for the platform fees.
BY DEFAULT, licensing will ALWAYS be done as shared exclusivity rights for commissioned work. You will gain exclusive rights to the songs featured in your work, not allowing them for use in any other published project within fair use. However, the songs will still be available for individual purchase on my bandcamp and will serve as promotion and endorsement for your project.If you wish to negotiate full buyout licensing, the price of the OST by default will be doubled to compensate for the exchange of full ownership.
ALL negotiated terms are final and are subject to be revoked at any time due to any kind of misconduct or if it's discovered that your project falls in line with my "refuses to work with" list. All outstanding payments will be expected to be paid

- Please be communicative and provide a guideline on exactly the kinds of qualities and details you will be looking for in your track. This can include things such as tempo, desired elements, tone indication, and intended purpose of the track. I want to tailor everything to fit your exact idea so the more information provided the better!- The rates listed are by default with the assumption of mutual exclusivity rights! Full buyout rights will be subject to further negotiation and will be, by default, DOUBLE the price of mutual rights.- all prices subject to change as I take on more clients

Terms of Service
- Lune Riviere (Auralune) reserves the right to claim all created works as their own. All created works can and may be used for portfolio purposes or in showcases. For plot relevant songs, the client in question may request the use of the song in question be limited or minimal to avoid spoiling plot elements of their game.- If you wish to remix any of my tracks, please simply provide credit and provide a link to the original on my bandcamp!- ALL negotiated terms are final and are subject to be revoked at any time due to any kind of misconduct or if it's discovered that your project falls in line with my "refuses to work with" list. All outstanding payments will be expected to be paid.- Any person or project found using my music, regardless or license (including my non-exclusivity licensed music), who falls under ANY of the statements listed within the "Refuses to Work With" section will be requested to remove the use of my work immediately. Any resistance will prompt an immediately takedown request via whichever platform is hosting you or your project. I am firm in my stances and beliefs and will never waver in who I allow access to the use of my music. Any attempt to use my music in this way will see you and your project added to a publicly available banlist for all current and potential future clients to see.
REFUSES TO WORK WITH
This section is simple. If you or your company in any way fit into any of these statements I will simply refuse to work with you. If it is discovered later that you fall into one or more of these statements, my support will immediately be revoked and all outstanding payments will be expected to be paid. If it is discovered you fall in line with one or more of these statements before work has begun, it will simply never start and I will sever communications with you immediately.
- ANY use or support whatsoever of Gen AI or LMMs within your project, including but not limited to public support of Gen AI or LMMs from your/your company's social media.- In ANY WAY support groups or individuals that seek to suppress the voices of or endanger the lives of (including but not limited to) POC individuals, Disabled individuals, Queer and Trans individuals, or any marginalized individual or groups of individuals (Racists, homophobes, transphobes, xenophobes, misogynists can all fuck off).- The company in question fully intends on not delivering a final project or follow through with their promises on what the project will be to the community that supports it. This includes games that stay in "alpha" and never fully release despite promises of a finished game, games that never release at all, games that are completely different from what was promised to the community, and games that later change their model to include or associate with any of the content in the other RTW statements later after release.- In any way are found to be abusive within their company, on social media, towards others immediately and not immediately within their community, or have an abusive history that gets brought to light in the future.- In any way supports or are associated with Cryptocurrency/NFTs/Blockchain/Web3/GenAI/LMMs/Gambling (this includes "gacha" games).
